Carmen was one of Luciano's first full Operas. The Opera production was held at CSU Chico and directed by Luciano's Teacher Dr. Ying Yeh. In the cast, Molly Mahoney stared as Carmen, Eric Seiler as Don Jose, Kevin Valenzuela as Morales, Allison Richeter and Melanie Seiler as Mercedes and Frasquita, Luciano Marazzo and Michael Beale as El Remendado and El Dancario, and Calixta Daner as Micaela.
The Show was run for two nights at the Performing Arts Center Auditiorium (Room 134) and sold a total of 351 tickets. In the video, the quintet of the second act where Carmen, Fresquita and Mereces join forces with the smugglers.
